Go Active Gold

There are a variety of GO Active Gold sports and physical activities on offer in more than 50 different villages across South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse district. Activities are currently suspended for COVID-19 but you can still get in touch with the team.

Walking sports are a really enjoyable way to move more, increase activity levels gradually and have lots of fun! Older people who take part in Walking Netball and Walking Football opportunities across Oxfordshire will see many benefits, including lower heart rate and blood pressure, less fat, more muscle and better mobility.
