We Are Undefeatable

The We Are Undefeatable campaign was developed and launched to support people with a range of long-term health conditions through the help of 15 leading health and social care charities such as Mind, Age UK, Versus Arthritis and Diabetes UK to name a few. The purpose of the campaign is to support and encourage finding ways to be active that works with each individuals condition.

Getting Started

Start slowly and build up. It is important to figure out what activities are right for you. To do this you can find activity inspiration here.

My Daily Undefeatable is an easy check in which consists of three questions:

  • How did you move today, big or small?
  • How did that activity make you feel?
  • How might you move tomorrow?

It is designed to support you on your way of becoming more active, however that may look like for you. It's a way to celebrate the little victories and encourage you to keep going when times get tough. Find a downloadable resource here.
