We are living in extra-ordinary times and finding fun and easy ways to stay active is more important than ever.

Following on from the successful Mayathon campaign in May 2020, we're delighted to be supporting Buddyathon: October Buddy Boost! Join over 3,000 mayathoners and be part of a growing community helping to keep each other active, healthy and connected.

The dedicated Mayathon app is free and very easy to use. You can use the app to buddy-up with up to five friends and support each other to do at least 26 minutes of physical activity a day. The #OctoberBuddyBoost challenge is about doing your daily 26 minutes, for 26 days in a row.
