Fun, free and interactive sessions to help improve the mental wellbeing of young people. A great way to help build confidence, support self-esteem and meet new people. Sessions run during term time
- Yoga - Monday 3.30 - 4.30 pm (10 - 14 years) - Maiden Erleigh Chiltern Edge School

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! The event takes place at 40 Acre Path, Tilebarn Close, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 1US, every Saturday at 9:00am. Register for free before your first run here. You will be given a barcode to take on the day that can be scanned so you can be tracked and officially timed.

YouMove families can get 6 weeks of free dance classes for children aged 8 - 12. Children without YouMove card can take part for £3 a session.

Magic Hoops is one of the biggest basketball academies in Berks, Bucks and West London and now we are adding to our list of venues by coming to Henley!
- We'll be starting on Friday evenings from 4.30pm. We've got two brilliant coaches who coach our league teams that will help you improve your skill level! Basketball is the fastest growing sport in Europe, so why not join the buzz and get involved!
