Stay Active, Keep Well! Beginners Nordic walking and wellbeing

Oxfordshire Mind and Dreaming Spires Nordic Walking have teamed up to provide a free short course open to anyone over 50 who would like to improve their mental and physical health by getting active. It is suitable for all abilities, including beginners and equipment will be provided. All you will need is comfortable outdoor clothing and bring a rain coat/sun cream/hat depending on the weather. • a fun 50-minute Nordic walking session around Cutteslowe Park

Dates coming up
