Well-being and Yoga Workshop for Over 50s

This short course is open to those over 50 who would like to improve their mental and physical health by getting active. It is suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

Each session of this four week course consists of
• a 45-minute workshop covering skills and techniques to aid your wellbeing
• a fun 45-minute beginner Yoga session
