New Yoga Classes for Mums!

In this women's only class, we will address areas of tightness such as shoulders, back, hips, hamstrings to name a few; and we will focus on strengthening all those areas that need a bit of help i.e. pelvic floor and core.
Suitable for all, no previous yoga/ stretching/ exercise experience required.
AND you can bring your baby, toddler or child along with you, so no child care needed either!
Bring a mat if you have one.
No need to book, beginners welcome!
£10 drop-in, £48 for 6 weeks, concessions are available.When: Thursdays 9.10 - 10.10am
