New Nordic Walking Course Dates!

New Nordic Walking Course Dates

Thursday 12th April - Wellbeing Walk (gentle walk with strength and balance exercises), Cutteslowe Park, 1.45-2.30pm

Saturday 14th April - FREE Nordic Walking Taster Session, Cutteslowe Park, 11.00am-11.45am

Sunday 15th April - Step into Spring with a technique refresher, Cutteslowe Park, 10.00-11.00am

Monday 16th April - Learn to Nordic Walk in 2 weeks, session 2, Cutteslowe Park, 10.00-11.30am

Thursday 19th April - Wellbeing Walk (gentle walk with strength and balance exercises), Cutteslowe Park, 1.00-1.45pm

Thursday 26th April - Wellbeing Walk (gentle walk with strength and balance exercises), Cutteslowe Park, 1.45-2.30pm

Saturday 28th April - Learn to Nordic Walk in an afternoon, Cutteslowe Park, 1.00-4.30pm
