Walking My Way to Running starts 9th January 2018

Looking to improve your fitness through walking but not sure where to start?

Meet new people, get outdoors and de-stress.

Join our Women Only Beginners FREE Walking group, for those looking to progress their way from walking to running.

Led by Sophie, our lovely friendly qualified instructor (pictured above in the red jumper!)

No experience necessary, all abilities and fitness levels welcome!

When and Where:Bury Knowle Park, OX3 9ED

Tuesdays 10.00 AM

First session - 9th January 2018!
