NEW Health Walks

Fancy some fresh air, walking and chatting while exploring Oxford?

Join our FREE Health Walks! No need to book, just turn up and our trained volunteer health walk leaders will lead the group around different parts of Oxford. A great chance to make new friends while getting some light exercise. Walks are between 1-3 miles and are 30-60 minutes long and are taken at a pace suitable for all. A shorter walk (up to 30 minutes/1 mile) is offered every week as part of the Bury Knowle Headington Health Walk.

New to Health Walks?

For your first walk you'll be asked to fill in a Walking For Health Walker Form. Once you've filled this in you're free to attend any Health Walks!

No need for special walking gear, just wear clothes and shoes comfortable for walking in.
